I Just Placed An Order, When Will It Ship?
Please allow for fulfillment to be within 1-3 business days of order being placed. Once order is fulfilled, you will receive an email indicating it has been shipped, along with tracking.
How Long Is The Shipping Time?
Our orders will be shipped standard USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
- Average transit times to the United States: 4-6 Business days
- Express shipping to the United States: 1-3 Business days
- Average transit times to International: Currently ship domestic, Canada, Mexico, EU, UK, South Korea, and Australia - times may vary, but standard can expect between 1-3 weeks
- Express shipping international: 2-5 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer $6 standard shipping on all orders under $50, and we offer you free shipping on all orders over $50 domestically in the US.
Express shipping is available for purchase for $12.50 domestically, and $30 for all international orders.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email store@vivanteegolf.com or contact us via our contact us page. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “cancel”.
