VivanTee golf partners with USPS and UPS on all orders in the US. Standard shipping estimates 5-7 business days. Shipping is free on all orders. We have expedited shipping available for $6.90, express has 2-3 shipping. Free express shipping with $100+ order.

VivanTee partners with Shopify Payments , PayPal and Amazon for orders within the United States which are both encrypted payment providers.
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, Shopify works really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.
Shopify also includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
Order changes can be made by contacting store@vivanteegolf.com, as soon as possible after the order is placed, assuming it hasn't been shipped yet. We are always available whenever you need, please feel free to reach out.
We are happy to announce we just recently expanded internationally. Currently we are available to order in Canada, Australia, UK, EU, and South Korea.
Think your order might be lost in transit? Although our logistics partners (USPS, UPS) qoute us 3-5 business days for delivery, sometimes they aren't able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a "delayed" deliver date.
If your item has not been delivered within 12 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.
*Please note: Once we pass your order to the logistics partner, your package is under their control. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by the courier. We are able to contact them as the shipper, but if the order says "delivered" there is little we can do. The investigation must be launched on your end. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once delivered by courier.
Returns
We are customer obsessed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. In stock items are eligible for Exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Expectation is item is unused and in new condition, and shipped in original packaging. All sales are final on FINAL SALE merchandise. Returns will be refunded back to the original payment method or come in the form of store credit. At this time, our return shipping is a flat $5, unless you are part of our loyalty program and have made Apricot Status.
We're sorry if you've received a faulty item! There's no need to return the item to us at this stage. Unfortunately, we're only able to help if you purchased your item(s) from us directly. If you purchased from a third-party retailer or reseller, we'd recommend contacting them directly.

All claims for orders arriving with damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges can be made for a different size, allowing you to return the unwanted item(s) as part of the returns process, whilst opting for a different size to be delivered out to you instead. And the best part is, exchanges for the same item are free, but must be made within 30 days of receiving your order! Start the exchange process by going here.

In the first instance we'd advise checking your return tracking, (if the courier you chose to return your items with provided one) and look out for an update that states it's been 'Returned', 'Delivered', 'Returned To Warehouse' or similar. This means the item(s) is back at the warehouse and will be checked and scanned by our team within 3-5 days. Sit tight, and we'll be in touch via email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
Once processed, your refund can take 5 days to appear in your account, once released by your bank. If you feel time has been too long, or have other questions around the status, feel free to reach out to us at store@vivanteegolf.com.

Our golf gloves are all made of highest quality 100% Indonesian AAA sheepskin leather, we source premium materials with sustainability in mind. They all come standard with industrial strength N45 magnets, to ensure you can swing as fast as you need and you will not lose your ball marker. The first glove in the industry to prioritize design and quality materials, not only just leather, but with the highest quality premium magnets.Our ball markers are Nickel plated and made of iron base to ensure the strongest magnet connection with a beautiful polished shine. We can't always give a heads up about all product restocks as it's always subject to change. However, we do have a back in stock function on selected product pages, so we can notify you when they're restocked.

As a bulleted process, there are 4 key areas to focus on:
1. Ensuring proper fit is essential, the glove should fit snug, but not too tight. If too tight, opt to size up.
2. Storage is important, make sure you store with the glove open, and not crumpled up, and store in a cool dry place. Opt into velcro attachments for your bag as a cheap way to make sure you aren't scrunching into a pocket.
3. Focus on grip. Not gripping the club too tight. This technique also ensures your swing is more consistent and smooth.
4. Keep the glove dry, especially on summer days. Take off between holes if you can on hot days.

They are crafted and designed in New York City. Our materials are sourced in Indonesia for the top of the line AAA cabretta leather, and our products are manufactured in China with multiple trusted gold standard golf manufacturers. You can trust that all products have been inspected and quality tested before ending up on your hand at your local course.
As being vulnerable with our customers is signature to our brand, we are open with how we conduct our business. When we set out to build our brand it was important that quality and affordability were at the forefront of our products. We were extremely methodical in our analysis of suitable partners and spent a great deal of time over many months researching suitable manufacturers and sourcing materials. In the end we went with a couple manufacturers that fit our values, but also have experienced working with the largest and most reputable brands in golf today.
Working with experienced manufacturers was important, but just as important was that they could produce our original collections. Our product designs are completely proprietary and unique to our company. After testing a variety of potential partners, we found the perfect conglomerate of manufacturers that made sense to our brand values, and would craft the best quality for our customers.

When we set out to build our company, we asked ourselves, 'Who are we?' The answer was clear: we're a golf fashion brand that's giving a fresh twist to golf gloves. We wanted to make golf gloves feel exciting and alive, so we looked to focus our name on 'alive'. Vivanti and VivanTe mean "alive" in Italian and French. We felt this was fitting as both are known for their exquisite fashion sense and we liked the sound of the name.
By adding the extra 'e' to 'Vivante,' we made it our own and evangelized the relevance of the word to golf and our brand. We want to not only bring golf gloves alive, but also the sport alive to new and diverse backgrounds. These are communities that golf isn't typically associated with, and modernize the sport to grow into an all inclusive experience from people of all walks of life.
We are headquartered out of New York, NY, and take much of our inspiration in design and look from our location. We are very proud to be one of the few golf companies that are coming into the scene here in NYC.

There are a few things you can do to solve the issue;
1. Ensure you’re on the correct store as your login is unique to your location
2. Check you’re using the same email address you used to sign up

We don't really have set criteria when we choose our partners, as all our partners are so unique.

We set out on this journey with one purpose in mind. To build functionally aesthetic golf gloves, that are unique. With the focus being on the people who like to stand out, be an individual and is affordable. And finally, it must have something to offer that no other brand does, outside of just aesthetics. That was the personalization part of it, and our signature magnetized ball markers came to life. Our gloves are built with the highest grade leather, and with our custom colors, patterns, and top of the line magnets carefully crafted into each glove, brought our cost of goods to a price point that is much higher than the average glove on the market, that offer some different colors and a rubber or embroidered logo. We wouldn't have it any other way though, because we have built the product we dreamt up and made a customizable piece that will always be uniquely our customers. The most exciting part for us, is to see what unique ways our customers build their look.
We are aware that our brand will not be for everyone, but it will be everything to the right individuals, and those are the customers we built our company for. Because we want the individuals who are looking to add flair and their own personal style to their accessories.
